Additional Judges

According to Article 224 of the Indian Constitution, if there is reason to believe to the President that the number of Judges of a High Court should be subsequently increased due to a temporary increase in its business or due to arrears of work, the President may appoint duly qualified persons to be additional Judges of the Court for such period of not more than two years as he may specify.
