• The Department of Financial Services (DFS) concluded the four-month Nationwide Financial Inclusion Saturation Campaign (July–October 2025), launched on 1 July 2025.

• Objective: To cover every eligible citizen under India’s flagship financial inclusion schemes.
• Campaign coverage: All 2.70 lakh Gram Panchayats (GPs) and Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) were saturated with key financial schemes—
- Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana (PMJDY)
- Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana (PMJJBY)
- Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana (PMSBY)
- Atal Pension Yojana (APY)
• Activities conducted: - Enrolment camps across the nation.
- Re-KYC drives for inactive accounts.
Nomination updates and grievance redressal initiatives.
• Financial literacy efforts included awareness on digital fraud prevention, unclaimed deposits, and consumer protection mechanisms.
• The campaign achieved significant progress across inclusion metrics, marking a major milestone in universal financial access.
