The Supreme Court on Tuesday dismissed a plea against Bollywood movie Article 15 , saying the petitioner should instead approach the appropriate authority. “Why don’t you approach the appropriate authority,” Justice Bobde asked the lawyer for petitioner, Brahman Samaj of India (BSOI). The BSOI claimed the film contained casteist elements and was a concocted story portrayed as a true event.
