The apex court collegium, led by Chief Justice Dipak Misra, recorded that there is no prima facie substance in the allegations and deserve to be ignored,” sources said. Another recommendation was for the appointment of B. Sarodjiny Devy, a judicial officer, as judge of the Madras High Court has been remitted to the Chief Justice of the Madras High Court.
