Trump’s remarks rejected by India

Mr. Trump had referred to his conversation with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, urging that Indian contribution to Kabul be increased and diversified as humanitarian contribution was not enough. “I could give you an example where I get along very well with India and Prime Minister Modi. But he is constantly telling me, he built a library in Afghanistan. Library! That’s like five hours of what we spend (in Afghanistan),” Mr. Trump told his colleagues and the media in Washington DC. He urged Russia, India and Pakistan to send troops to fight the Taliban.
