- Overview: MAHASAGAR (Maritime Heads for Active Security And Growth for All in the Region) serves as a high-level virtual dialogue among the maritime leadership of Indian Ocean region countries, including Bangladesh, Comoros, Kenya, Madagascar, Maldives, Mauritius, Mozambique, Seychelles, Sri Lanka, and Tanzania.
