  • Source & Composition:
    • Black plastic is often made from recycled electronic waste (such as computers, TVs, and appliances).
    • Electronics contain harmful substances, including:
      • Flame retardants (bromine, antimony).
      • Heavy metals (lead, cadmium, mercury).
  • Toxicity & Regulations:
    • These substances are toxic to humans at high levels of exposure.
    • Many countries have banned black plastic due to its health hazards.
