- ABHA IDs: Issued 79.91 crore unique digital health identifiers, standardising patient recognition nationwide.
- Health Facility Registry (HFR): 4,18,964 public and private healthcare establishments registered, ensuring authenticated and accountable services.
- Healthcare Professionals Registry (HPR): 6,79,692 certified healthcare practitioners recorded to maintain standardised clinical practices.
- Linked Health Records: 67.19 crore digital health records connected, enhancing continuity of care and interoperability across different health services.
About Ayushman Bharat Health Account (ABHA)
- Unique ID: A 14-digit identifier enabling secure, portable digital health records.
- Implementation: Administered by the National Health Authority under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW).
