- Awarded annually to commendable children under the age of 18.
- Acknowledges exceptional achievements in the following seven areas:

- Bravery: For acts of exceptional courage and valor.
- Innovation: For creative and groundbreaking ideas or solutions.
- Science and Technology: For advancements or achievements in scientific and technological fields.
- Social Service: For notable efforts to improve society and help others.
- Sports: For excellence and accomplishments in sports.
- Environment: For initiatives and contributions to environmental conservation.
- Open to Indian citizens below 18 years of age with demonstrated excellence in one or more of the specified categories.
- Awardees are selected through a rigorous process involving nominations, evaluations, and recommendations by a panel of experts.
- Recipients are honored with a medal, a certificate, and a cash prize, along with national recognition for their contributions.
