About Sajjangarh Wildlife Sanctuary
- Location: Situated on the outskirts of Udaipur, Rajasthan, within the Aravalli hills.
- Historical Significance: Encloses the Sajjangarh Fort, constructed in 1874 by Maharana Sajjan Singh of Mewar.
- Water Body: Contains Bari Lake (also known as Tiger Lake) on its western slopes, developed by Maharana Raj Singh.
- Vegetation: Primarily consists of deciduous and semi-evergreen forests.
- Flora: Includes teak, mango, neem, jamun, khair, ber, and dense bamboo groves.
- Fauna: Hosts a diverse range of wildlife, including leopards, hyenas, wild boars, jackals, sloth bears, sambar deer, spotted deer, and four-horned antelopes.
