Key Findings on Enrolment

Attendance Rates
- Student attendance in government schools improved to 75.9% in 2024 from 73% in 2022.
- Teacher attendance reached 87.5%.
Gender Disparities
- 36.2% of boys owned smartphones, compared to 26.9% of girls, highlighting unequal access.
State-wise Performance: States like Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and Madhya Pradesh demonstrated remarkable recovery, surpassing pre-pandemic learning levels in some cases.
